We collect only what we need to bake your order, hand it over, and stay in touch.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, the details and notes on your order, messages you send in the chat, and an inspiration photo for a cake if you attach one.
Why
To handle your order, arrange pickup, send confirmations and documents, and answer your questions. We send marketing emails only to people who explicitly agreed, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Payments
Card details are entered at the payment processor Tranzila and are not stored by us.
Who else handles data
We use Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Tranzila (payments) and Brevo (email). They process data only on our instructions. We never sell your information.
Statistics
We measure visits without cookies and without identifying you: a visit is tagged with an anonymous code that changes every day. The site respects the "Do Not Track" setting.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax law require. Chat messages and enquiries are kept while they are useful.
Your rights
